Residential Kitchen Refurbishment, Motor City
A full kitchen renovation inside an occupied Motor City apartment — modern fittings and custom cabinetry throughout, with every panel fabricated to fit a room that had no perfectly square corner.
The existing kitchen had no true right angles — every wall was slightly out of square. Standard cabinetry would not fit, so the entire kitchen had to be measured and custom-fabricated piece by piece.
Full custom-fabricated cabinetry and joinery to match the room’s actual (non-square) geometry, integrated modern appliances, full MEP coordination, finishes and handover.
Watch the renovation.
How the space came together.
A kitchen built around how the family actually lives.
Every cabinet, drawer and appliance was placed around the household’s real routine — handed over tested, snagged and ready to use from day one.
